Standard Delivery: £3.95

We hope to deliver your order right away, all goods are generally dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This takes 1-3 working days to be delivered from date of shipping and does require a signature on arrival. Once your order is displayed as 'Processed' please remember to allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. Again, at busier times of the year, such as Christmas, postal services can slow down, so we ask you to wait 5 working days after your order is 'Processed' before contacting us.

Next Day Delivery: £8.50 

We use UPS next day delivery service and again this does require a signature. This is guaranteed for the NEXT working Day and WILL require a signature. Special Next Day Delivery Orders placed after 2:30pm will be sent out the next working day. All Special Next Day Delivery orders placed at the weekend will be sent out the next appropriate working day.

In the event that an item is out of stock, delivery times may take longer. We will always notify you by email or your preferred method of contact.

International Orders

Our typical international shipping costs and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping And Handling

• When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.
• Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
• We're sorry but we can't change the delivery address of a parcel once your order has been placed.
• If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
• Please note any charges relating to tax and customs duty are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Please note our courier company can not deliver to PO Box addresses
   

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

It is important to note that you may have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your Norton Barrie invoice. Please check the UPS website for more accurate information about international charges if you are unsure.

For US shipping if the value is under $200 USD you will not have to pay duties, over this amount you will have to pay import tax. Please note for the USA we ship with FEDEX international, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Please note that in Canada you will always be liable to pay import duties and taxes over a value of 60 Canadian Dollars.

Postage & Packaging:

Postage in the UK will be charged relative to value and weight of the parcel. These are approximate charges and in some circumstances the charge may be less or more depending on weight and in these cases the customer will be notified for approval by their preferred method of contact. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

For all orders from abroad the customer will be notified of postage and packaging charges and will only be charged once approved.

Goods ordered may be subject to the customer fees and import duties of the country to which you have your goods shipped. The customer or receiver of the goods will be liable for any such fees.
