Conditions of SaleAll prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax at the current rate. All goods are subject to availability. We reserve the right to alter the price or specification of goods supplied by us at any time without prior notice. All goods are sold subject to the prices prevailing at the time of purchase. In the event that either the chosen product is unavailable or the price has changed, you will be informed before your order is processed. If your order is of substantial value (£100 plus) and you haven't ordered from us before, then we may ask you to provided a utility or phone bill with the your name and details on it.
Returns & Guarantees
We inspect every item before it is shipped, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage. However, if an item that you have ordered is not as it was described on the site or wish to cancel the order*, this can be done within 30 days which begins the day after receipt of the goods.
Goods must be unworn and undamaged, with all labels unbroken and still attached. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be returned to the customer.
Goods are to be returned at customer's expense and a refund, less the original shipping costs will be issued within 5 working days of the goods being returned.
In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on 01625 528 233 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
When returning goods to us please fill in the returns form that is inside your package or contact us for full instructions, any item returned without the form being filled in or consent from ourselves will not be accepted.
* Note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfumed product(s).
** Note: we do not accept returns on underwear due to hygiene reasons. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase in most cases, Norton Barrie Ltd will be happy to offer a suitable exchange or a refund within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
If an item is delivered to you in a damaged condition, for insurance purposes, we strongly recommend that you inform us within 48 hours, whereupon we will immediately make arrangements for the full refund, exchange, repair or replacement of the damaged item.
Norton Barrie Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund including postage if the item is deemed not to be faulty. Phone calls will be answered during office hours (0930am to 1800pm, Mon to Sat and 1100am to 1700, Sunday UK Time).
Important Note: We only dispatch goods to the billing address of the card holder which will require signature upon receipt. In the event that an item is out of stock, delivery times may take longer. We will always notify you by email or your preferred method of contact.
